As part of ongoing efforts to rightsize operations and streamline services across the district, Victoria ISD is updating the way families and community members connect with campuses and district departments through the district website.
Following a review of communication tools and website resources, Victoria ISD will discontinue the use of Onflo (formerly Let's Talk) and transition to simplified website contact options that provide a more direct path to assistance.
Beginning in late July, each campus website's Contact Us page will be updated to include two convenient options:
Email the School โ for general questions or assistance.
Bullying Reporting Form โ for reporting bullying concerns.
The district website will continue to provide access to the information and services previously available through Onflo. Department topics formerly accessed through Onflo can now be found under the Students, Parents, and Community navigation tabs on the Victoria ISD website, allowing families and community members to more quickly locate information and connect with the appropriate department.
Beginning with the 2026โ27 school year, student absence reporting will no longer be submitted through Onflo. Additional information, including step-by-step instructions for the new process, will be shared with families before the start of the school year.
The transition will begin on July 23, when campus Contact Us pages start being updated. The Onflo widget will begin to be removed from district and campus websites on July 27. The Communications Department will archive existing Onflo submissions as part of the transition.
"As we continue rightsizing and streamlining operations across Victoria ISD, we are evaluating every system and resource to ensure it provides value to our students, families, and staff," said Ashley Alvarez, Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations.
The transition does not change how families communicate with their child's campus. Parents and guardians will continue to have direct access to campus staff through the website and by phone, while ParentSquare will become the primary platform for school communication and student absence reporting.
