Victoria Independent School District is seeking part-time intervention teachers to provide targeted academic support for students across elementary and secondary campuses from February through April.
These temporary positions play a critical role in helping students succeed by delivering small-group and individualized instruction directly in classrooms. Intervention teachers work alongside campus educators to reinforce core skills, close learning gaps, and provide additional support for students who need it most. This extra layer of instruction ensures all students receive personalized attention to accelerate academic growth.
Positions offer $40 per hour with flexible scheduling, making them an ideal opportunity for retired educators, stay-at-home teachers, or individuals interested in entering the teaching profession. Former teachers and those new to teaching are encouraged to apply.
By joining Victoria ISD as a part-time intervention teacher, applicants have the opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful impact on student learning while supporting campuses during a critical time of the school year.
